Description

  • Review and process employee expense reports for approximately 1,000 employees.
  • Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Prepare weekly payment lists for accounting payment processing.
  • Export expense data into NetSuite and reconcile processed payments.
  • Program expense submission and approval workflows in Expensify.
  • Produce accounting-related reports.
  • Help senior management document corporate procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with Expensify and NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required.
  • Sedentary work with the ability to use hands and eyes for extended periods.
