Description

  • Define and own the regional AI and agentic strategy in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Establish a roadmap for AI adoption across internal functions and customer-facing offerings.
  • Track emerging AI and agentic technologies, platforms, and use cases for strategic relevance.
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI and agentic systems to improve service delivery, presales, operations, and sales efficiency.
  • Partner with functional leaders to assess workflows and identify high-value opportunities for automation.
  • Drive AI literacy, training, enablement, and change management across the Northeast region.
  • Develop and launch a portfolio of AI and agentic offerings, including custom workflows, productized solutions, and managed services.
  • Design and deliver custom agentic systems for customers and build repeatable delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams on positioning, opportunity development, and strategic customer conversations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of AI practitioners, solution architects, and delivery professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology leadership.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions in a client-facing or product context.
  • Strong understanding of agentic architectures, multi-agent systems, and workflow automation.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for technology practices or offerings.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience leading and growing high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in managed services or product development within a technology services firm.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and enterprise AI tooling.
