Description

  • Serve as the single-threaded leader for the sponsor bank relationship and program, owning partnership health and program outcomes end to end.
  • Design and implement program governance, including RACI models, intake processes, decision rights, change control, forums, and scorecards.
  • Own program execution, including bank notifications and approvals for incidents, program changes, new products, and services.
  • Build and maintain a centralized requirements and obligations tracking system, including templates, playbooks, and approval evidence.
  • Develop, track, and report program KPIs and KRIs to monitor SLA adherence, cycle times, incident timeliness, partner satisfaction, and milestone completion.
  • Identify systemic issues and improve workflows, tools, and processes through pilots, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-quarter program roadmap aligned with business priorities and manage dependencies and resourcing.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with networks, processors, servicing/Reg E, fraud/risk, compliance, and product teams to resolve blockers and keep work moving.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools and human-in-the-loop guardrails to improve program efficiency, routing, documentation, and tracking.
  • Provide crisp executive-level updates, status reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in issuing payment cards.
  • Experience with credit card, prepaid, and debit cards within the Banking as a Service (BaaS) ecosystem.
  • Background or experience with consumer compliance, BSA, or risk management within the BaaS ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management within the fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience using Slack and GSuite; Airtable experience is an advantage.
  • AI-first and automation-first solutioning mindset required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with Product, Compliance, Legal, First Line Risk, and external partners.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities with strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion and delivering on time and within scope.

  • Starting salary range of $198,000 to $297,000 USD in Zone A, $184,200 to $276,200 USD in Zone B, $174,200 to $261,400 USD in Zone C, or $164,300 to $246,500 USD in Zone D.
