Description

  • Manage monthly billing reconciliation across all lines of business and create invoices for different business lines.
  • Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time according to client agreements and requirements.
  • Provide end-to-end support to business teams and coordinate with Operations, Account Management, Collections, and External Auditors.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing revenue estimates for all business lines.
  • Maintain documentation to support monthly activities, audit requirements, and compliance needs.
  • Support ad hoc projects and reporting requirements.
  • Review employee expense reports for policy compliance and follow up with employees for receipts and explanations when needed.
  • Perform monthly expense analysis, investigate variances, and ensure expenses are accurately booked in the financial reporting system.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
  • Work flexible night hours to support global clients and timely billing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in billings (OTC) and expense reporting.
  • Experience with digital media billing is recommended and considered a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve data issues and needs.
  • Experience working with large data sets.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Ability to tackle complex business questions, mine data, and communicate insights clearly and thoroughly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines in pressure situations, and work independently while being self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including macros and SQL, is a plus.
