Description

  • Serve as the contractor’s single point of contact for the Government on all contract performance matters.
  • Coordinate and manage VHA requests for subject matter expert support throughout the period of performance.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee project activities to keep deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and resource assignments.
  • Coordinate work among Government stakeholders, SMEs, scriptwriters, animators, production teams, quality reviewers, and other personnel.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate or resolve schedule impacts.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements, Government guidance, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communications with Government representatives and contractor staff.
  • Track performance and prepare status reports, meeting summaries, action items, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate review cycles and incorporate Government feedback into final products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects relevant to the task order requirements.
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact between contractor teams and Government clients.
  • Experience coordinating work across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Familiarity with Federal, VHA, and contractual policies and procedures.
  • Experience managing projects involving educational or healthcare-related content is preferred.
