Description

  • Lead and manage informatics projects spanning enterprise-scale initiatives and smaller tactical efforts in a clinical informatics environment.
  • Provide program-level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality to ensure successful contract delivery.
  • Direct and coordinate resources across multiple functional and technical domains to deliver acceptable, high-quality, standards-compliant features.
  • Apply the full systems development life cycle from strategic planning and requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
  • Use enterprise network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, organizational structure, and management practices to support solution delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and execute proactive issue resolution strategies.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and performance tracking, including forecasting, reporting, and corrective action planning.
  • Champion SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices to drive value delivery, organizational change, and operational excellence.
  • Support high-performing Agile teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a senior liaison with stakeholders, customers, and leadership through communication, status reporting, and strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with and demonstrated understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices.
  • PMP certification highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a clinical informatics environment.
  • Experience managing large, enterprise-scale initiatives as well as smaller tactical efforts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-wide network engineering and strategic information planning.
  • Experience with business process reengineering, organizational structure, and management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
