Description

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy to drive efficient customer acquisition and long-term revenue growth.
  • Manage and scale core performance channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads Search, YouTube, PMax, and other direct response channels.
  • Optimize campaigns toward CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets using bidding, audience, and campaign structure strategies.
  • Develop integrated growth plans across paid, owned, and partner channels to improve conversion and maintain brand standards.
  • Own budget allocation and optimization across campaigns using a portfolio approach to maximize marginal returns.
  • Build forecasts across spend, volume, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback to support sustainable growth decisions.
  • Identify and execute funnel optimization opportunities across creative, landing pages, and onboarding with cross-functional partners.
  • Implement automation, AI tools, scripting, and repeatable workflows to improve campaign management and reporting efficiency.
  • Build statistically rigorous testing frameworks for channels, creative, and landing page experiments.
  • Use attribution models and channel-specific metrics to optimize performance across the broader marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth with hands-on ownership of key paid channels.
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads, programmatic media, and Google Ads, including Search, YouTube, and PMax.
  • Proven track record of driving double-digit improvements in growth and efficiency, including CAC reduction and LTV increases.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Experience with programmatic buying and the ability to evaluate and scale incremental channels.
  • Expertise in unit economics and forecasting, including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback periods.
  • Experience implementing automation through AI tools, scripts, or workflow systems to improve execution speed.
  • Strong background in creative testing, CRO, and funnel optimization with a data-driven experimentation mindset.
  • Experience managing DTC ecommerce and/or subscription products and cross-selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor and influence product, analytics, and creative teams.
