Description

  • Design, build, and extend features for Greenhouse’s internal web applications.
  • Build, test, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and automated integrations between revenue systems.
  • Partner with Customer Growth & Success stakeholders to translate business pain points into an engineering roadmap.
  • Evaluate and operationalize LLM prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to improve output quality.
  • Document technical architecture decisions and create operational playbooks for long-term maintainability.
  • Coordinate with data engineering, security, and Enterprise Apps teams to ensure seamless internal tooling integration.
  • Bridge engineering and business logic by translating real-world requirements into deployed software.
  • Drive the initial workflow automation and insights platform for all GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in a dedicated Revenue Engineering role or highly technical Revenue Operations capacity.
  • Experience using AI tools to build and extend applications for internal revenue and Customer Growth & Success teams, such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor.
  • Software development experience with a modern tech stack such as Python, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, or React.
  • Development and integration infrastructure experience working inside Salesforce.
  • Experience with lean backend-as-a-service and modern hosting platforms such as Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel, Railway, or Render.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present clear technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep technical familiarity or custom API integration experience with Gong and/or Outreach is a plus.
  • Prior professional experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business model is a plus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • National pay range of $128,300 to $180,000.
  • Additional compensation may include stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases.
  • Potential sales commissions for certain roles, based on the applicable commission plan.
