Description

  • Manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, adapting project management methods to each assignment.
  • Implement Grant Street Group software solutions for government agency clients across the country.
  • Drive projects forward effectively while navigating uncertainty and changing project needs.
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and simply to a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
  • Collaborate across teams in a remote environment to ensure exceptional responsiveness and coordination.
  • Support client-facing project execution with a strong focus on teamwork, professional excellence, and individual accountability.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed depending on project requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt project processes and judgment to fit unique assignments.
  • Comfort working through uncertainty and asking questions while learning on the job.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex matters clearly and simply to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience working remotely is not required but is supported.
  • Familiarity with software implementation projects, especially in government or public-sector environments, is a plus.
