Description

  • Generate insights into products, operations, and business performance.
  • Partner with management teams to identify and prioritize data-informed business questions.
  • Create prototypes, iterate quickly, and refine analytics based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal teams and clients.
  • Define core revenue, funnel, and client health metrics and maintain reporting governance.
  • Support a metrics-driven revenue organization with regular reporting and accountability standards.
  • Build predictive forecasting models, scenario analyses, and pipeline health views.
  • Combine CRM, finance, and product usage data to produce board-ready forecasts and performance narratives.
  • Educate product and go-to-market teams on reporting tools, data wrangling, and dashboard interpretation.
  • Maintain high-quality data pipelines and business intelligence infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue or product analytics.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong SQL experience and knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL.
  • Experience building actionable dashboards with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Experience developing and interpreting machine learning models.
  • Expert-level familiarity with go-to-market technology ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, BI/analytics, and CPQ.
  • Proven ability to own and evolve CRM environments such as Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
