Description

  • Curate code examples, build solutions, and correct code for AI model training in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions and meet industry performance benchmarks.
  • Design and build agents and verification mechanisms that automatically verify code quality and identify error patterns.
  • Hypothesize and evaluate model capabilities across software engineering lifecycle steps (prototyping, architecture design, API design, production implementation, launch, experiments, monitoring, operational maintenance).
  • Develop and enforce software design patterns, architectures, and best practices within AI-driven engineering workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality software products by participating in design, implementation, testing, and operational maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 university and/or relevant professional experience from a Tier 1 company (candidates from Tier 1 US universities/companies preferred).
  • 5+ years of software development experience in backend and/or frontend technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more of: Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript (including ReactJS).
  • Proven experience with modern technologies and frameworks and a strong understanding of software design patterns, architectures, and best practices.
  • Willingness and availability to work 100% remotely as a freelancer on time-and-materials projects (typically 20–40 hours/week).
  • Willingness to complete the vetting process (20-minute AI interview + 40-minute coding challenge).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) (nice-to-have).
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills (nice-to-have).
