Description

  • Curate code examples, build solutions, and correct code in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go for AI model training initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure it is efficient, scalable, and reliable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions and meet industry performance benchmarks.
  • Design and build agents that verify code quality and identify error patterns.
  • Hypothesize about and evaluate model capabilities across the software engineering lifecycle (prototyping, architecture design, API design, production implementation, launch, experiments, monitoring, operational maintenance).
  • Design automated verification mechanisms to validate solutions to software engineering tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality software products that reach millions of users.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 university and/or relevant professional experience from a Tier 1 company.
  • 5+ years of software development experience in backend and/or frontend technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Proven experience with modern technologies and frameworks and a strong understanding of software design patterns, architectures, and best practices.
  • Willingness to complete the vetting process: 20-minute AI interview and 40-minute coding challenge.
  • Availability for 100% remote, freelance time-and-materials projects (typically 20–40 hours/week) for 2026 engagements.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) (nice to have).
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
