Description

  • Design and execute data migration workflows across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Define and optimize migration strategies, including online versus offline approaches and performance trade-offs.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows in distributed systems.
  • Integrate and evaluate LLM and Generative AI components within existing workflows.
  • Perform system testing and validation by executing test scenarios and identifying edge cases and failure points.
  • Debug issues and analyze system behavior to ensure reliable migration and workflow execution.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across cloud systems.
  • Document findings, insights, and technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, product, and research teams on implementation and validation work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and data/storage systems.
  • Strong understanding of data migration strategies and the trade-offs between different approaches.
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or distributed systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs or Generative AI, including prompting, evaluation, or integration.
  • Experience in system testing, validation, or QA.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day with an 8-hour overlap with PST.
  • Contractor assignment for 6+ months.
  • Location in Brazil or India.
