Description

  • Partner with the Sales team to present Grafana Labs’ value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Own technical engagements with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations, demos, and evaluations to potential and existing customers.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to share product feedback and competitive insights.
  • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems discovered during interactions.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering as a primary channel for customer feedback.
  • Create and improve enablement materials, including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with a high-growth, cross-functional team to solve technical and customer problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally in open source technologies or the metrics/monitoring space.
  • Ideally located on the West Coast of the United States.
  • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills in a startup environment with varied and complex responsibilities.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote-first, international team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate value propositions and technical advantages.
  • Technical mindset with a desire to continue growing technically.
  • Ability to solve technical challenges and create creative solutions for customers.
  • Self-motivated, նախաձեռնative, and creative, with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Previous post-sales or engineering experience is a plus.
  • Recent coding bootcamp graduates may be considered if they bring relevant skills and experience.
