Description

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the performance testing product domain.
  • Transform customer and team feedback into product priorities and roadmap decisions.
  • Gather user needs, requirements, and pain points through direct customer empathy and research.
  • Represent user feedback to Engineering and support tradeoff decisions with evidence.
  • Partner with product marketing to support go-to-market efforts and product differentiation.
  • Create and maintain product collateral such as presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
  • Use product expertise to inform pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering decisions.
  • Work across R&D to integrate performance testing with Grafana Cloud metrics, logs, traces, and other platform products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX, and leadership in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
  • Serve as the primary advocate and expert for the performance testing product area.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
  • Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
  • Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build products and features with strong UX in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies is preferred.
  • Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure concepts such as Kubernetes, cloud service providers, and VMs is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools is preferred.

  • Base compensation range of EUR 104,000 to EUR 124,800 in Ireland.
