Description

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Infrastructure Observability product domain.
  • Own product collateral, market research, and roadmap planning for the product area.
  • Lead customer discovery to understand user needs, pain points, and requirements.
  • Represent user feedback to Engineering and support prioritization with evidence and tradeoff analysis.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX, and leadership to align product goals and execution.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to support go-to-market efforts, including presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering decisions for the product line.
  • Build integration touchpoints with other Grafana Cloud offerings to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive consensus across multiple engineering groups and stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the product externally and internally as the subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working on a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
  • Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams.
  • Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build products and features in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with open source software or commercial open source companies is preferred.
  • Experience with observability products and/or developer tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure concepts such as Kubernetes, cloud service providers, and VMs is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools is preferred.

  • Base compensation range of EUR 104,000 to EUR 124,800 in Ireland.
