Description

  • Own the strategy and evolution of AI-driven nurture programs across the funnel.
  • Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across email nurture, website personalization, and paid channels.
  • Embed AI workflows throughout multi-channel demand generation programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance using traditional analytics tools and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Develop and refine attribution approaches to measure impact across OSS adoption, self-serve trials, and enterprise pipeline.
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations for GTM leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, content, and creative teams to align on shared outcomes.
  • Build and optimize programs end-to-end from ideation through launch, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a technical product or developer-focused environment.
  • Proven experience owning programs end-to-end from strategy through launch, reporting, and optimization.
  • Active use of AI tools to build workflows, automate processes, or design AI-assisted programs.
  • Strong data literacy and attribution skills across PLG and commercial motions.
  • Experience developing attribution models and advising on analytics strategy.
  • Clear, confident communication with marketing and GTM leadership.
  • Deep proficiency in core lifecycle channels including email nurture, website optimization, and paid media.
  • Ability to layer AI workflows and automation onto established channel fundamentals.
  • Fluency with technical audiences and developer-focused buying motions.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code is a plus.
