Description

  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validate software against functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Verify bug fixes and support high-quality releases.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of feature quality throughout the SDLC, from requirement analysis and test planning to post-release validation.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate test design, requirements analysis, defect investigation, and documentation.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, track, and investigate software defects.
  • Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure release readiness.
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics clearly.
  • Improve QA documentation, processes, methodologies, and reusable test scenarios.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Manual QA or Software Testing within the FinTech domain.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC.
  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and the ability to write SQL queries.
  • Experience testing web applications and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
  • Understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot to improve QA workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced product environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, plus fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting is preferred.
  • Experience with Grafana, Kibana, or Sentry is preferred.
  • Experience with Kafka or similar event-driven systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture is preferred.
  • Experience in high-load or product-based environments is preferred.
