Description

  • Own the end-to-end media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to turn business goals into campaign structures and KPIs.
  • Audit market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities in niche B2B sectors.
  • Execute data-driven ad placements and manage significant budgets with a focus on ROI.
  • Monitor real-time performance using GA4 and platform analytics and adjust campaigns quickly when needed.
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and reduce spend on underperforming activity.
  • Translate complex performance data into actionable reports and insights.
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure premium placements and better rates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience.
  • Agency background is a strong advantage.
  • Experience understanding long-tail conversion cycles and reaching professional decision-makers.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience working in regulated or high-risk industries and securing ad approvals.
  • Ability to use GA4 and platform tools to drive 10% month-over-month improvements.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher for communication across global markets.
  • Experience with DSPs and programmatic buying is preferred.
  • Creative copywriting skills for ad testing are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.
