Description

  • Own the Amazon channel P&L, revenue, contribution margin, and growth roadmap.
  • Manage Seller Central operations, including catalog, listings, A+ content, storefront, variations, Brand Registry, account health, case management, and compliance.
  • Build and manage PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Coordinate FBM fulfillment from China, including cross-border logistics, lead times, forecasting, and stockout prevention.
  • Work with supply chain to forecast demand and manage inventory through peak periods such as Prime Day and Q4.
  • Improve copy, imagery, video, and A+ content to increase conversion rate, organic rank, and brand integrity.
  • Report weekly on TACoS, ACoS, contribution margin, organic rank, and marketplace revenue share.
  • Build, lead, and document the Amazon team, reporting process, dashboards, and SOPs over time.

Requirements

  • Senior, hands-on experience owning and scaling an Amazon P&L.
  • Brand-side in-house ownership is ideal; strong agency-side Key Account Manager experience with full-funnel performance ownership is also acceptable.
  • Deep Seller Central expertise across PPC, listing and A+ optimization, Brand Registry, catalog, and account health.
  • Strong fluency in Amazon metrics including TACoS, ACoS, contribution margin, and organic rank.
  • Experience with FBM and cross-border fulfillment, ideally from China.
  • Experience working closely with supply chain on forecasting and lead times.
  • Experience in a restricted or health category such as supplements or health devices, with Amazon compliance and claims knowledge, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build and lead a team in a lean, fast, remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • Nice to have: experience bringing Amazon in-house from an agency or scaling from a low base, multi-marketplace experience with Walmart or TikTok Shop, DTC health and wellness or supplements background, and comfort with AI tools in daily workflows.
