Description

  • Optimize and mature the automated access management service to reduce manual onboarding and offboarding work.
  • Design and enforce security measures aligned with identity governance and access risk mitigation.
  • Track operational SLAs and resolve bottlenecks in the access request pipeline.
  • Validate role models across corporate systems and correct access anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Translate compliance and technical requirements into automated access workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new corporate systems into the centralized Access Flow platform.
  • Build automation scripts in PowerShell and Bash to remove repetitive security administration tasks.
  • Maintain the source of truth for system roles, sub-roles, and identity entities within the IAM infrastructure.
  • Process escalated access tickets quickly and securely for critical permissions.
  • Create and update internal documentation for procedures, role definitions, and access frameworks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Security, IAM, or a related technical role.
  • Experience in QA/AQA, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or L2/L3 Support with similar responsibilities is acceptable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise identity tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, and SSO solutions.
  • Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python used for automating identity workflows or security tasks.
  • Deep understanding of access control principles, RBAC structures, and authentication methods.
  • Experience handling high-volume operational tickets in an SLA-driven environment without compromising security or accuracy.
  • Ability to translate technical security policies into clear, non-technical instructions for internal users.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and Intermediate+ English.
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and identity governance in AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience configuring or troubleshooting Access Flow or IAM orchestration platforms is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Okta Certified Professional, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator are preferred.
