Description

  • Develop deep expertise in fraud patterns observed across customer traffic.
  • Improve the long-term quality of fraud detection across DataDome's product line.
  • Handle customer requests related to fraud case analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to fraud detection product development as a power user and recommend UI and signal improvements.
  • Work with Solution Engineers to capture customer insights and align detection performance with expectations.
  • Challenge and improve detection capabilities for fraud use cases such as account takeover and fake subscriptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong passion for data exploration and analysis.
  • Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Mastery of Python and SQL.
  • Strong ability to automate tasks with scripting and AI.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, web threats, or fraud.
  • Experience using Kibana and Elasticsearch is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role and willingness to speak directly with product end users is preferred.
  • Interest in implementing bots in spare time is a plus.
