Description

  • Provide remote therapy sessions for clients through a secure telehealth platform.
  • Complete client assessments to identify needs, goals, and risk factors.
  • Create and update treatment plans as client care progresses.
  • Support clients experiencing mood changes, stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and relationship issues.
  • Maintain clear, complete, and timely progress notes and clinical documentation.
  • Follow HIPAA, privacy, and professional ethics standards.
  • Use an electronic health record system for documentation.
  • Communicate client concerns within appropriate clinical guidelines.
  • Participate in required meetings, training, and case-related communication.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active LMHC license in Florida.
  • License must be current and in good standing.
  • Previous experience providing therapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • $115,000–$120,000 per year salary.
