Description

  • Provide customer service and support to current and prospective families.
  • Respond to inquiries and information requests by phone, email, and text using provided processes and materials.
  • Make daily outbound calls to interested students and parents.
  • Conduct phone and video appointments with prospective families to assess needs, fit, and potential barriers to enrollment.
  • Schedule school tour appointments for prospective families.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on registration requirements, school programs, and enrollment procedures.
  • Document all student and family interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist with re-enrollment training and processes for the enrollment team.
  • Assist with new employee training and onboarding.
  • Represent the schools as the initial point of contact for enrollment and registration activities in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with remote team members and educational institutions.
  • Support schools during enrollment events and registration activities.
  • Apply state rules and regulations to enrollment-related work and stay current on regulatory changes.
  • Identify community organizations and businesses for potential school partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers on cross-promotional opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Must work PST hours.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and phone presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong follow-up ability.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a diverse educational community setting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with multiple software programs, including MS Office, contact management database systems, and Gmail.
  • Must pass federal, state, and local background checks as required by the state.
  • Excellent presentation skills and organizational skills.
  • Some travel is required for departmental training, meetings, and occasional school events.
