Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners that manage individual or small property portfolios and drive inventory growth autonomously.
  • Manage the business process from start to finish for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Host events, attend HOA or property meetings, and attend networking events to support brand building and business development.
  • Explain the GFiber network to new residential properties and commercial clients.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel through cold calling, prospecting, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks as requested by the Head of Sales.
  • Champion the GFiber brand while prospecting and handling accounts in assigned geographies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiations experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience with funnel management in a 30 to 90 day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales (preferred).
  • Experience working in the local market (preferred).
  • Experience using a CRM database (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide information to internal and external stakeholders and customers (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $106,669 annually.
  • $64,000 base salary plus uncapped sales bonus.
