Description

  • Design and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line.
  • Build and expand GoodLeap Pros front-end and full-stack services using AI-driven software development processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality solutions.
  • Lead key initiatives within the Pros Selling organization.
  • Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote AI-driven development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high system availability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of front-end software development experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Experience developing across the full software stack using AI and agentic software development practices.
  • Ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient systems.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to clean code, continuous improvement, and software engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with mobile development, especially Flutter (preferred).
  • Familiarity with three.js, shadcn/radix, TanStack, or Python (preferred).
