Description

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React and related frontend technologies.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java, Node.js, or Python.
Contribute to AI-powered features, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and agent-based systems.
Participate in architecture discussions and help make technical decisions around scalability, security, and performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality features.
Review code, provide technical guidance, and help maintain high development standards.
Build and manage cloud-native applications using modern infrastructure and deployment practices.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience through continuous improvements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment strategies.
Mentor team members and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in full stack development, preferably in product-based or startup environments.
Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management, and responsive UI development.
Proficiency in backend development using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python (FastAPI).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and working with modern Git workflows.
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI-driven application development.
Strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and scalable application development.
Ability to independently own projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments.
