Description

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing products, with expanding responsibility for new SaaS capabilities.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging across payments acceptance, financial workflows, and business operations.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative to align product strategy, customer needs, and commercial execution.
  • Support early-stage SaaS go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional launches and adoption campaigns for product features, programs, and releases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on integrated campaigns across lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and customer communications.
  • Test and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics to improve adoption, usage, and revenue impact.
  • Enable Sales and Account teams with pitch decks, competitive positioning, customer-facing assets, and training materials.
  • Support acquisition, activation, and expansion motions across contractor, SMB, enterprise, and strategic partner segments.
  • Define KPIs, analyze performance, and use insights to continuously improve go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform positioning and influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing.
  • 4+ years of highly relevant experience in fintech, merchant services, payments technology, or financial services platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of merchant services or B2B payments, financing products, and the operational needs of home improvement trade businesses.
  • Experience supporting early-stage or evolving product lines and contributing to go-to-market strategy before full launch.
  • Proficiency with product marketing, analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Highly analytical with strong storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving product roadmaps.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
  • Remote position based in the US.
