Description

  • Communicate with delinquent borrowers through digital communication channels.
  • Collect past-due payments from borrowers with delinquent accounts.
  • Provide appropriate payment solutions to help bring loans current.
  • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent customers.
  • Record payments collected from customers.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals.
  • Work with borrowers in a professional, goal-oriented manner to support collections outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
  • Knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with financial products preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented.
  • Team player with a professional demeanor.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
