Description

  • Own and drive the development of payment-related products and features across web and mobile platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end payment journey from payment method selection through transaction completion.
  • Monitor and improve payment performance metrics such as conversion rate, approval rate, payment success rate, revenue, LTV, churn, and fraud rate.
  • Build, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
  • Conduct product discovery, user research, and identify conversion bottlenecks.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation programs.
  • Collaborate with the Payments team to integrate and optimize payment providers and solutions.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
  • Support launches in new markets and localize payment experiences.
  • Leverage AI tools to analyze data, generate hypotheses, and improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience working with payments, fintech products, subscriptions, checkout flows, or monetization products.
  • Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, including payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring, payment routing, fraud prevention, and chargebacks.
  • Experience working with product metrics and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and experimentation programs.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of unit economics and the impact of payments on business performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in fintech companies is preferred.
  • Experience with international payment systems and cross-border payments is preferred.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset products is preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling mobile applications is preferred.
  • SQL knowledge is preferred.
