Description

  • Build, maintain, and support scalable cloud infrastructure for high availability.
  • Maintain and improve observability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
  • Conduct post-mortems and root-cause analyses to prevent recurring issues.
  • Maintain deployment pipelines and automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams on infrastructure support and operational practices.
  • Apply security standards and compliance controls across cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles supporting production SaaS applications.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, and S3.
  • Exposure to serverless frameworks or managed Kubernetes environments such as EKS.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, or monitoring MongoDB, Redshift, or OpenSearch.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals and Unix shell scripting.
  • Ability to read and debug JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go code.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment and interest in improving education.
