Description

  • Support payroll processing for France, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain in-house France payroll operations to ensure consistent and accurate delivery.
  • Run European payrolls through BPO providers, including input validation, coordination, and payroll review.
  • Review payroll and expense calculations, payslips, and payroll outputs before finalisation.
  • Apply working knowledge of French payroll legislation, including social security contributions, Prélèvement à la Source (PAS), paid leave, and statutory deductions.
  • Support compliance with URSSAF requirements and DSN reporting obligations.
  • Escalate complex payroll or compliance issues to senior payroll stakeholders when needed.
  • Work closely with internal payroll, HR, finance, and EOR teams to support smooth payroll delivery across Europe.
  • Liaise with BPO payroll partners to resolve payroll queries and meet service-level expectations.
  • Maintain payroll documentation, support audits or internal reviews, and assist with process improvement and regulatory testing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience with exposure to French payroll.
  • Knowledge of French payroll legislation is an advantage.
  • Experience with EOR payroll models or BPO payroll providers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and payroll data processing.
  • Experience using the Silae payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and payroll cut-off timelines.
  • Collaborative, dependable, and proactive working style.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
