Description

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Taiwan.
  • Maintain payroll systems, records, and employee data.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Generate and distribute payslips and submit payroll-related statutory payments within deadlines.
  • Manage year-end payroll processes, including annual tax filings.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and prepare payroll reports for internal and client review.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws, payroll regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and clients in Taiwan.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, documentation, record-keeping, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle employee queries, benefits administration, compliance support, and ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and/or payroll in Taiwan.
  • Experience in payroll processing is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), HR consulting, or multinational companies is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
