Description

  • Lead the creation of shopper marketing programs from concept development through design and execution.
  • Serve as a creative leader and project manager for client work.
  • Drive the creative process from conceptual thinking through final delivery of shopper marketing solutions.
  • Guide, mentor, and inspire the team to maintain creative excellence and build digital and shopper marketing knowledge.
  • Develop creative briefs and lead brainstorming sessions for client opportunities.
  • Collaborate with strategy and client service teams to identify insights and keep concepts on brief.
  • Work with client service to identify growth opportunities with current and prospective clients.
  • Design brand and project assets with strong attention to messaging hierarchy, typography, layout, and color.
  • Create strategically sound in-store communication designs and concepts.
  • Develop processes and structures that support the creative vision and project execution.

Requirements

  • English fluency.
  • Based in Brazil.
  • 8+ years of agency and/or design experience, preferably in brand, trade, or shopper marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio of prior professional work.
  • Shopper marketing experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of CPG shopper marketing.
  • Team leadership experience preferred.
  • Creative strategy and copywriting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the retail trade environment, including omnichannel and physical/digital retail integrations.
  • Experience presenting and successfully selling creative concepts.
  • Ability to lead client solutions through ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.

Benefits

  • $4,500- $5,000 USD monthly salary, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • Independent contractor arrangement through a payroll platform.
