Description

  • Develop and maintain brand identities, style guides, and visual standards.
  • Create key visuals and integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design assets for digital and offline media, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, presentations, and print materials.
  • Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver visual solutions.
  • Manage packaging design, branding materials, and campaign visual communication.
  • Produce assets optimized for web, social media, print, and CRM channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, campaign design, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating visual identities, style guides, and brand standards.
  • Proven ability to design for both digital and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion design, including After Effects, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
  • Experience designing for CRM and email marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Background working with agencies or in-house creative teams is a plus.
  • Experience with packaging design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary range of USD $2,500 to $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • Full-time, two-month project-based position with the possibility of extension.
  • Independent contractor arrangement through a payroll platform.
  • Remote work arrangement allocated at the client.
