Description

  • Personally produce 15-30 ad variants per week across static, short-form video, and copy.
  • Write direct response ad copy, including hooks, headlines, body copy, and calls to action.
  • Design and produce static ad creative in Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Edit and produce short-form video ads using AI-assisted and lightweight production workflows.
  • Use AI tools throughout the creative process for ideation, copy generation, image/video production, and scaling winning concepts.
  • Own creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Monitor performance metrics daily and use CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and hook rates to optimize creative decisions.
  • Build and maintain a structured testing framework for hooks, formats, audiences, and offers.
  • Review landing pages, post-click flows, and offer presentation with a conversion-first lens.
  • Partner directly with the co-founders to align creative output with acquisition goals and unit economics.

Requirements

  • US-based candidates only.
  • Professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Hands-on maker mentality with a strong preference for individual execution over team management.
  • Proven track record in direct response advertising with measurable conversion results such as CPA, ROAS, or CVR.
  • AI-native workflow with regular use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, RunwayML, or ElevenLabs.
  • Strong ability in both copywriting and visual creative production.
  • Fluency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Ability to think across the full conversion system from ad to landing page to checkout.
  • Experience in DTC health, telehealth, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GLP-1 or weight management advertising is preferred.
  • Landing page design or build experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing creative budgets or working with freelance talent or UGC creators is preferred.
