Description

  • Partner with Sales on discovery, qualification, solution strategy, demonstrations, and technical validation.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover operational workflows, compliance requirements, risk profiles, and business outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer objectives, industry use cases, and buying personas.
  • Present to frontline users, plant leadership, EHS executives, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Produce discovery summaries, workflow documentation, RFx response support, and implementation handoff materials.
  • Collaborate with Product and Professional Services to validate solutions and ensure commitments are deliverable.
  • Develop and improve discovery guides, demo scripts, use case libraries, requirements templates, and handoff standards.
  • Capture field insights and share them with Product, Marketing, and Customer Value & Delivery teams.
  • Help improve the quality of Sales-to-Professional Services handoffs.
  • Support active opportunities and refine reusable presales assets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing enterprise SaaS role.
  • Experience leading enterprise discovery and customer workshops is required.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to ask effective questions and map customer complexity to solution fit.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations to business and operational audiences.
  • Experience running structured requirements sessions and producing implementation-ready documentation.
  • Strong written communication with clear, customer-facing summaries and solution documentation.
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and comfort creating structure where little exists.
  • Experience in EHS, Control of Work, permit-to-work, operational risk management, industrial safety, manufacturing, energy, chemicals, or other asset-intensive industries (strong plus).
  • Formal business analysis or systems analysis background, including process mapping, workflow design, and current-state/future-state documentation (strong plus).
  • Experience with value-based selling, ROI narratives, or business case development (strong plus).
  • Familiarity with enterprise integrations, APIs, or industrial operational systems (strong plus).
  • Prior experience supporting or bridging into post-sale implementation (strong plus).
