Description

Build robust and high-performance data processing services using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement real-time data streaming solutions with Kafka for timely ingestion and availability.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines from diverse sources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support data-driven initiatives.
Identify opportunities for data optimization and help improve platform efficiency.
Use AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics in line with security and performance best practices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize service performance by addressing bottlenecks.
Maintain data integrity, reliability, and availability through ETL processes and data quality checks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Java, specifically Spring Boot.
Strong experience with Kafka, microservices architecture, and streaming solutions.
Proficiency with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) tools.
Consistent use of LLM and AI tools such as Claude throughout the development lifecycle.
Expertise in AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing robust ETL processes.
Good working knowledge of Python.
Experience with MySQL.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Familiarity with data processing technologies like Spark is preferred.
Experience with SingleStore is a plus.
