Description

  • Drive business process digitalization and rationalize the current IT integration scope portfolio.
  • Architect, design, implement, and maintain complex software solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide engineering expertise and lead technical strategy across the team.
  • Establish coding standards, lead code reviews, and implement robust security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.
  • Mentor team members and support overall technical delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate or adopt new technologies.
  • Continuously learn and stay current with emerging technologies.
  • Lead by example and foster a collaborative, diverse, inclusive, respectful, and ethical team environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with .NET integrations, including legacy systems.
  • Strong understanding of integration architectures such as REST, SOAP, EDI, and messaging services.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, particularly AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
  • Experience with containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitLab.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with modern AI technologies is an advantage.
