Description

  • Design, organize, and deliver training courses for Virtual Assistants.
  • Lead live training classes and facilitate virtual activities, tests, and class discussions.
  • Monitor and assess VAs' learning progress throughout the training program.
  • Conduct coaching sessions as part of performance management.
  • Assist with and contribute to training needs analysis.
  • Create, update, and reinforce training materials, policies, and procedures.
  • Support interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the learning management system, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent skills in Google Workspace and Zoom.
  • Highly organized with strong coordination skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a trainer preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimum system requirements, including an Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature and a camera capable of clear video output.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 100 Mbps DSL or fiber, with a backup internet connection of at least 20 Mbps via cell.
  • Backup power supply option capable of supporting the workstation for at least 3 hours.
  • Preferred/recommended system setup includes Intel Core i7/i9/Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7+, 16 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Tahoe.
  • Backup system and internet requirements must be available for continuity of work.
