Description

  • Manage the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Medical Client-VA pairs.
  • Ensure virtual assistant performance aligns with client expectations and required targets.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists that improve productivity and profitability.
  • Support clients in growing their businesses through Global Medical’s services.
  • Manage client relationships and address client needs using Global Medical’s offerings.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth needs, identify patterns, and handle escalations.
  • Lead negotiations and resolve high-level client situations.
  • Coordinate and supervise medical client-VA management activities.

Requirements

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare, medical management, or remote management experience.
  • Familiarity with operational processes.
  • Highly proficient written and spoken English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work with high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated, focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • At least 1 year of training and development experience is preferred.
  • Ability to think outside the box and create solutions when needed.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Primary system with Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.
  • Backup system option with the same or higher processor and 8 GB RAM, or a UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 100 mb/s contracted DSL or fiber.
  • Backup internet connection of at least 20 mb/s via cell or wired connection.
  • Recommended primary system with Intel Core i7/i9/Core Ultra or AMD Ryzen 7 or higher, 16 GB RAM, and Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Tahoe.
