Description

  • Define and own Omniflow’s category narrative and market positioning.
  • Translate the product philosophy into clear, compelling stories.
  • Help define the language for a new category of continuous product creation.
  • Lead long-form thought leadership content, including blogs, essays, and manifestos.
  • Own website messaging and product storytelling.
  • Amplify the founder’s voice and narrative across content surfaces.
  • Create audience-first content for Product Managers, Heads of Product, Engineering Managers, and Heads of Engineering.
  • Develop launch, feature, and conceptual demo narratives that explain why products matter.
  • Repurpose strong ideas into multiple high-quality formats such as blog posts, social content, talks, and decks.
  • Collaborate with growth and community as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or editorial leadership.
  • Experience telling technical or product-heavy stories without oversimplifying them.
  • Strong product intuition and understanding of how products are built and why decisions matter.
  • Exceptional writing taste with clear, opinionated, structured, and precise communication.
  • Comfort operating in 0→1 environments with ambiguity, iteration, and founder-level collaboration.
  • Bonus: experience defining or evangelizing a new category.
