Description

  • Create and implement content strategy that supports audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, web pages, social media content, product pages, and partner materials.
  • Own rapid-response communications for time-sensitive CVE disclosure events, publishing blog and social updates within 2 hours of technical details being available.
  • Develop campaign content for agencies and the WordPress ecosystem, including research reports, landing pages, and launch packages.
  • Write webinar scripts, presenter notes, and follow-up sequences for product webinars and partner events.
  • Maintain brand tone of voice guidelines across the CloudLinux product family.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams on content for new product releases, features, and updates.
  • Create sales collateral, event copy, flyers, booth messaging, and product video scripts.
  • Edit and proofread content from internal authors for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
  • Build and manage the content calendar, optimize content for AEO/SEO, publish content through appropriate platforms, and monitor engagement metrics to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or content creator.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing content marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience writing long-form research reports and related promotional content such as blog posts, press releases, and email sequences.
  • Comfort using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and experience writing about AI-related topics or products.
  • Ability to write clearly about technical security concepts.
  • Understanding of SEO/AEO principles and content best practices.
  • Experience creating content across multiple formats, including articles, social posts, and email copy.
  • Native English speaker with strong editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or website performance topics is a plus.
  • Prior experience producing content for web agency or developer audiences is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CVE disclosure processes or security product marketing is a plus.
