Description

  • Design, build, and scale intelligent systems across the full stack.
  • Develop frontend, backend, APIs, and data models for core product functionality.
  • Work on AI-driven product experiences that connect product design and engineering.
  • Break ambiguous problems into concrete execution plans and drive them to completion.
  • Debug complex systems deeply and resolve issues through to completion.
  • Contribute to high-ownership, high-reliability execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborate on system design, state management, and failure analysis for production software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and operating production software.
  • Strong full-stack experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data modeling.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills in system design, state management, and failure analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Experience building or working on an AI agentic builder or AI platform beyond simple prompt chaining.
  • Persistence to investigate complex systems and resolve issues thoroughly.
  • Prior startup experience dealing with ambiguity and real-world consequences (preferred).
  • Experience designing agent orchestration, tool-calling systems, planning/execution loops, or long-running AI workflows (preferred).
  • Strong, experience-backed opinions on why many AI app builders fail to produce real products (preferred).
