Description

  • Guide technical discovery, demos, workshops, and validation activities for customer evaluations.
  • Coordinate proofs of concept, proofs of value, solution design, and technical responses for tenders or audits.
  • Partner with Small and Mid-Market Account Executives and regional sales teams on new business and expansion opportunities.
  • Advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, cloud, and DevSecOps practices and connect them to business outcomes.
  • Build tailored demos, reference architectures, talk tracks, and presentation materials for customer-specific use cases.
  • Support Account Executives with technical discovery, objection handling, and evaluation planning.
  • Develop reusable technical workflows, including pre-built projects, CI/CD templates, and proof-of-value starting points.
  • Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with product, engineering, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration tools.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment patterns, security concepts, and operational considerations.
  • Ability to guide technical evaluations, including proofs of concept, proofs of value, workshops, value stream assessments, and tenders or audits.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both practitioners and senior business or technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building trusted customer relationships and advocating internally across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Interest in improving evaluation quality and efficiency through reusable assets, templates, and demo environments.
  • Open to candidates with transferable experience from developer, DevOps, technical pre-sales, or other scale-oriented technical roles.

  • Base salary range of $90,300 to $193,500 USD for the listed U.S. level.
