Description

  • Own the full new logo acquisition cycle for an APAC territory from prospecting through close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
  • Run multiple discovery meetings each day with senior stakeholders to uncover pain points and progress opportunities.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with C-level executives, IT leaders, and buying committees.
  • Develop and execute territory plans within 30 days, including target identification and account prioritization for greenfield accounts.
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success to run technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and post-sale transitions.
  • Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to qualify opportunities and manage deal velocity.
  • Forecast and report on deal progress, prospecting activity, and pipeline health.
  • Work closely with SDRs, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to open and grow new customer relationships.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on new business development and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Experience managing fast-paced, complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience selling complex platforms or solutions, preferably with platform, subscription, or usage-based commercial models.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills, including support for evaluations, POCs, and C-level business cases.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active opportunities with accurate forecasting and strong Salesforce hygiene.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • An adaptable, coachable approach with a track record of success in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with a modern sales tech stack, including CRM, sales engagement, data enrichment, conversation intelligence, and intent tools.
