Description

  • Own the full new logo acquisition cycle from initial outreach through close.
  • Build and maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage through high-volume prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Execute a daily prospecting cadence using cold calling, email sequences, social selling, and other outbound tactics.
  • Run discovery meetings to identify business pain points and present compelling value propositions to executive stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving C-level executives, IT leaders, and buying committees.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, including target account prioritization and qualified account strategy.
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success to coordinate technical evaluations, POCs, and post-sale handoffs.
  • Use sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to qualify opportunities and manage deal velocity.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including notes, use cases, competitive intelligence, and forecasts.
  • Exceed quota while sustaining strong activity levels and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • Strong B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new business development and net-new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record of closing new logos and performing as a top seller.
  • Experience building territories from scratch and creating demand in greenfield accounts.
  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills using consultative selling approaches.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously, including 15-20+ active deals.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo or Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and 6sense.
  • Must be currently located in the Eastern Timezone of the US.
  • Adaptability and coachability in a high-velocity, competitive environment (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $66,300 to $117,000 USD.
  • Sales roles are eligible for incentive pay up to 100% of base salary.
