Description

  • Build and optimize AI communication, sales intelligence, lead qualification, and executive assistant workflows.
  • Maintain RAG infrastructure, including embeddings, vector databases, chunking, ingestion workers, retrieval APIs, and hybrid search.
  • Develop trend intelligence systems that process external data sources and generate reports, forecasts, and content drafts.
  • Extend multi-agent content quality pipelines with citation-based PASS/FAIL gates and support for additional content formats.
  • Integrate Slack, email, scheduling, product data, market insights, and other external services into automated workflows.
  • Improve LLM pipelines through tool use, function calling, classification tuning, prompt optimization, and context handling.
  • Optimize AI systems for cost, latency, reliability, and performance.
  • Build dashboards for AI metrics and usage monitoring, and add observability and tracing.
  • Debug and deploy full-stack production systems, including backend services, background workers, and frontend applications.

Requirements

  • Production experience deploying Claude or OpenAI in live systems.
  • Experience building RAG systems using embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
  • 2+ years of TypeScript and Node.js experience.
  • 2–3 years building end-to-end production systems across backend services, AI pipelines, and frontend dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong React skills, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL queries, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Linux server experience, including SSH, log analysis, debugging, and deployments.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker; availability during Eastern Time business hours.
  • Experience with multi-agent LLM orchestration, Anthropic Claude, vector search, Slack APIs, ad platform APIs, or LLM observability is preferred.
