Description

  • Build and optimize AI communication pipelines for message classification, contextual response generation, and human approval gates.
  • Develop AI-powered sales intelligence tools that turn enrichment data into structured pre-call briefs and talking points.
  • Maintain and improve the RAG system, including embeddings, vector database quality, chunking strategies, retrieval, and semantic search APIs.
  • Create async ingestion workers and other backend services that support AI data flows and scheduled processing.
  • Build trend intelligence workflows that process RSS feeds, social media, video platforms, and search trends into reports, forecasts, and content drafts.
  • Extend the multi-agent content quality pipeline with outline, audit, and generation stages plus binary quality gates.
  • Develop automated lead qualification systems, including enrichment, scoring, grading, and audit reporting.
  • Build and maintain Slack-integrated executive assistant workflows for scheduling, email triage, and operational automation.
  • Improve LLM pipeline performance by debugging classification errors, optimizing cost and latency, and adding tool use or function calling.
  • Build dashboards, observability, and tracing for AI metrics, usage monitoring, and pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Production experience deploying Claude or OpenAI in live systems.
  • Experience building RAG systems, including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
  • 3+ years of TypeScript / Node.js experience.
  • 2-3 years building end-to-end production systems across backend services, AI pipelines, and frontend dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong React skills, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including queries, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience with API integrations such as REST, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Linux server experience, including SSH, log analysis, debugging, and deployments.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker.
  • Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
  • Experience with multi-agent LLM systems and orchestration is a strong plus.
  • Anthropic Claude expertise, including prompt engineering, tool use, and system prompts, is a strong plus.
  • Experience with vector search and embeddings tools such as pgvector or Pinecone is a strong plus.
  • Slack API and bot development experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with ad platform APIs such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn is a strong plus.
  • LLM observability experience, including cost tracking, tracing, and monitoring, is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code is a strong plus.
