Description

  • Manage day-to-day client accounts and serve as the primary operational contact for multiple Amazon brands.
  • Execute strategies that drive sales and improve brand performance.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery across client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to implement client strategies.
  • Balance client relationship management with operational execution and performance optimization.
  • Partner closely with the Brand Director and support Junior Brand Managers as needed.
  • Participate in internal husks to collaborate with peers and contribute to team development.
  • For senior Brand Managers, mentor and support the broader team through weekly upskilling classes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or eCommerce leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing teams across different functions and geographies.
  • Knowledge of Amazon operations, including PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in task management, reporting, and workflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for working with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as ClickUp.
